Behavioral Governance
HausFlow may notice product-use patterns, but it should not pretend to know the person behind those patterns.
This page explains the shared public boundary across editions.
What HausFlow Can Do
HausFlow can use in-app activity to support the product experience in simple, explainable ways.
Examples:
- noticing when responsibilities are completed
- noticing when items are postponed or skipped
- noticing that activity tends to happen at certain times
- noticing that some workflows work better for a user or environment than others
These are product-use observations.
What HausFlow Does Not Claim
HausFlow does not claim to diagnose, profile, or clinically interpret a user.
That means HausFlow does not claim:
- mental health conditions
- emotional certainty
- personality typing as fact
- hidden motives or subconscious drivers
Product Boundary
The safe standard is:
- product observation
Not:
- identity claim
For example:
- safe: "You tend to complete more items in the morning."
- not safe: "You are a morning person who thrives under pressure."
Trust Rule
Behavior-aware features should feel useful, not invasive.
That means:
- no creepy memory flexing
- no manipulative vulnerability-based upsells
- no shame-driven retention tactics
- no hidden leaps in system intimacy
Why This Exists
The point of behavior-aware design is to reduce friction and support momentum.
It is not to label the user or make the product sound smarter than it is.
