Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the HausFlow Family application, the knowledge hub, and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
The Service is provided by Mavaro Systems LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Important Disclaimers
Product Boundary
HausFlow Family is a household coordination tool. It is not medical, mental health, legal, or professional advice.
HausFlow Family is designed to support shared responsibilities, routines, reflection, and calmer home operations. It does not provide medical care, mental health treatment, crisis response, diagnosis, therapy, legal advice, or regulated professional services.
If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
AI-Assisted Features
HausFlow Family may include AI-assisted support features, including guidance layers that provide automated suggestions. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or inappropriate
- AI assistance does not know your full household situation or context
- AI suggestions are not a substitute for professional advice
- you must exercise independent judgment before acting on any AI recommendation
- we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI output
No Outcome Guarantees
HausFlow Family does not guarantee:
- specific results from using the Service
- achievement of any goal or objective
- improvement in household coordination, routines, or well-being
- any particular outcome from using any feature
Results depend on your effort, circumstances, and choices.
Service Description
HausFlow Family is a supportive household coordination application that may include:
- task and checklist management
- household routines and shared responsibility features
- reflection and check-in tools
- calendar and scheduling features
- AI-assisted guidance features
- behavioral frameworks based on the broader Behavioral OS foundation
Intellectual Property
Ownership
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Mavaro Systems LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Trademark Notice
The following are protected trademarks or branded terms of Mavaro Systems LLC where used in commerce or product documentation:
- HausFlow Family
- Harmony Flow
- Behavioral OS
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose: household coordination, reflection, and learning about public-facing HausFlow Family materials.
Restrictions
You may not:
- copy, modify, or create derivative works
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- use our trademarks without written permission
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- attempt to bypass any security measures
- interfere with the Service's operation
- use the Service in a way that harms us or others
User Content
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create within HausFlow Family ("User Content"). By posting or submitting User Content, you:
- grant us a license to use, store, process, and display your content to provide the Service
- confirm you have the right to share that content
- acknowledge that other users may see content you intentionally share
Feedback and Suggestions
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, and distribute that content for any lawful business purpose without compensation.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- activities that occur under your account
- notifying us of unauthorized use
You must:
- meet the minimum age required by applicable law and platform rules
- provide accurate information
- comply with these Terms
- not share your account in violation of platform rules
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical difficulties, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Disclaimers
As-Is Basis
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
No Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- for paid users, our liability is capped at the fees you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim
- for free users, our liability is capped at $10 USD
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mavaro Systems LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to:
- your use of the Service
- your User Content
- your violation of these Terms
- your violation of any rights of another
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms, violate law, abuse the Service, or otherwise create risk for us or others.
We may delete your account and content after termination, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution First
Before starting an arbitration or court action, you agree to first contact legal@mavarosystems.com and try to resolve the dispute informally.
Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution does not resolve the dispute, the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, except where applicable law allows a different forum or where either party seeks qualifying small-claims relief.
Class Action Waiver
YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will post the updated Terms, update the "Last Updated" date, and provide notice where required.
