Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Mavaro Systems LLC collects, uses, and protects information when you use HausFlow and related services.
Unless an edition-specific policy overrides it, this page describes the shared privacy posture across Family, Roommate, and future Professional or white-label editions.
Product Boundary
HausFlow is a coordination product.
It is not medical, mental health, legal, or professional advice.
Behavior-aware product features, where present, are meant to improve product usefulness and clarity. They are not intended to diagnose or clinically interpret a user.
What Data We Collect
Account Data
- email address
- authentication provider information
- account preferences and basic account metadata
- legal acceptance and consent records needed to operate the service
User Content
- responsibilities, checklists, notes, and routines you create
- descriptions and preferences you add in the app
- completion history and related timestamps
Device and Delivery Data
- device and platform details needed for app support
- push notification tokens used for notification delivery
- diagnostic and reliability signals needed for app operations
Limited Product-Use Data
We may collect limited in-app usage patterns to:
- improve stability and performance
- improve notification timing and product experience
- support explainable, product-level behavior features inside HausFlow
If you enable calendar sync:
- we may access the list of writable calendars on your device so you can choose a destination calendar
- we may store the identifier and title of the calendar you selected for sync
- we may write selected HausFlow calendar items to that destination calendar on your device
We do not collect your personal calendar history from the phone calendar simply because permission is granted.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
- We do not use cross-app tracking for advertising.
- We do not track what you do outside HausFlow.
- We do not read your messages, contacts, or files from other apps.
- We do not claim to infer mental health, personality, or private identity from product usage.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- run your account
- sync your content
- deliver notifications you enable
- support product features you use
- support optional calendar sync you choose to enable
- improve app quality and reliability
Third-Party Services
HausFlow may rely on third-party services for infrastructure and delivery.
Examples include:
- backend and database services
- authentication providers
- notification delivery services
- platform billing providers where applicable
These services only receive the data needed for their role.
Data Retention
Your data is stored while your account remains active.
If you delete your account:
- account access ends
- user-owned account data is scheduled for deletion
- some limited records may remain where legally or operationally required
You retain ownership of the content you create in HausFlow. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content as needed to operate and provide the Service.
Your Controls
Where supported in your current build, you can:
- delete your account from the in-app settings flow
- export your data from the in-app account flow
- manage notifications and related settings in the app
