Agreement to Terms​

By accessing or using HausFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service.

HausFlow is provided by Mavaro Systems LLC.

Unless an edition-specific agreement overrides it, this page describes the shared platform-level terms across Family, Roommate, and future Professional or white-label editions.

Account Responsibility​

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Acceptable Use​

You may use HausFlow for lawful coordination, planning, organization, and reflection.

You may not use HausFlow to:

  • break the law
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • interfere with the service
  • violate the rights of others

Service Availability​

HausFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service over time.

Termination​

You may terminate your account through the in-app settings flow where available or by contacting us for help.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Some HausFlow builds may include paid features or subscriptions.

If you purchase a subscription:

  • billing is handled through the relevant platform or payment provider
  • you can manage or cancel through the billing flow available in your current build
  • access changes may depend on provider confirmation and billing status

We may change pricing, packaging, or feature availability with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mavaro Systems LLC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Our total liability for claims arising out of these Terms or your use of the service will not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the six months before the claim.

Governing Law​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to Terms​

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If material changes are made, we may provide notice through the service or other reasonable channels.
