Delete Account & Data

App: HausFlow Family — by Mavaro Systems LLC

You can delete your HausFlow Family account and all associated data at any time, or request deletion of specific data without closing your account.


Option 1: Delete Your Account In-App

This permanently removes your account and all data tied to it.

Steps:

  1. Open HausFlow Family
  2. Go to Settings (bottom navigation)
  3. Scroll to Account
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm when prompted — deletion is permanent

Child accounts (kids in your household) are also removed when a parent account is deleted.


Option 2: Request Data Deletion by Email

To delete specific data without closing your account — or if you cannot access the app — email us:

Subject line: Data Deletion Request — HausFlow Family

Include in your message:

  • Your registered email address (parent account)
  • What data you want deleted (e.g., chore history, proof photos, a child member's data)

We will respond within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.


What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, Mavaro Systems LLC removes:

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained where required for:

  • Legal or regulatory compliance
  • Fraud prevention
  • Active billing disputes (subscription records may be held by our payment provider, Stripe)

Retained records are not used for marketing or advertising.

Retention Period

Account data is deleted within 30 days of a confirmed deletion request. Aggregate, non-identifiable analytics data is not subject to this timeline.


Active Subscriptions

If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it first through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store before deleting your account. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a billing subscription.
