Ownership​

All intellectual property in HausFlow Family is owned by Mavaro Systems LLC, including:

  • Software, source code, and application logic
  • Product features and user experience design
  • Behavioral frameworks and methodologies
  • Trademarks and branding
  • Documentation and written content
  • Visual design elements, color schemes, and layouts
  • Chore library content, templates, and curated collections

Trademarks​

The following are registered or common law trademarks of Mavaro Systems LLC:

Primary Product Marks​

  • HausFlow Family™ — Primary product name
  • HausFlow™ — Brand family name

Feature Marks​

  • Family Board™ — Collaborative household task pool feature
  • Handled It™ — Kid-initiated contribution logging feature
  • Less Friction. More Flow.™ — Brand tagline

Platform Marks (Shared with Mavaro Systems)​

  • Mavaro Systems Behavioral OS™ — Underlying behavioral framework
  • Mavaro Systems™ — Parent company brand

Status​

These marks may be:

  • Registered with the USPTO
  • Under application for registration
  • Protected as common law trademarks through use in commerce

All content created by Mavaro Systems LLC in connection with HausFlow Family is protected by copyright:

  • App user interface design and visual assets
  • Chore library book content, categories, and templates
  • Documentation, guides, and written content
  • In-app copy, onboarding flows, and feature language
  • Icons, illustrations, and graphic elements
  • Marketing and promotional materials

Trade Secrets​

We protect the following as proprietary trade secrets:

  • Application source code and architecture
  • Backend logic and Convex data models
  • Chore library curation methodology and scoring
  • Notification timing algorithms and logic
  • Internal roadmap and unreleased features
  • Business processes and operational methods

Permitted Use​

You may:

  • use HausFlow Family as intended for household coordination and family management
  • reference the app and its public feature names in reviews, discussions, or educational contexts
  • provide feedback, bug reports, or feature suggestions
  • share screenshots for personal or editorial purposes with attribution

Restrictions​

You may NOT:

  • copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the app, its design, or its content
  • create derivative works based on HausFlow Family's features, frameworks, or content
  • use HausFlow Family trademarks without prior written permission from Mavaro Systems LLC
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • scrape, harvest, or automate data extraction from the Service
  • use our chore library content commercially without a license
  • represent your product as affiliated with or endorsed by HausFlow Family or Mavaro Systems LLC

Licensing​

For commercial use, white-label licensing, content licensing, or partnership inquiries:

  • Include your organization name, intended use, and scope
  • We review all licensing requests and will respond within 14 business days

Enforcement​

Mavaro Systems LLC actively protects its intellectual property through:

  • monitoring for unauthorized use, reproduction, or impersonation
  • cease-and-desist letters for identified violations
  • DMCA takedown requests for infringing content
  • platform enforcement actions (App Store, Google Play, web)
  • civil and criminal legal action where warranted
