When a child taps "Handled It™," the parent receives a real-time notification. This creates an immediate feedback loop of positive reinforcement. Photo Proof and Neutral Accountability​

When a task is marked as complete in the Kid Shell, the system prompts for a photo. This photo is immediately pushed to the Parent Shell.

  1. Visual Verification: The parent doesn't need to physically walk to the laundry room to verify the task. They can see the proof on their phone while at work or in another room.
  2. Neutral Feedback: If the task isn't up to standard, the parent can use the "Send Back" feature. This isn't a personal critique; it's a system-guided request for a "gentle recovery." The notification goes back to the child with a calm prompt to try again, reducing the emotional friction of a face-to-face correction.

Two Shells, One Source of Truth​

HausFlow is built on a unique architecture: the Parent Shell and the Kid Shell. While they share the same backend data, the way they handle notifications is tailored to the user's role.

  • The Parent Shell: Focused on oversight and workload balance. Notifications here are filtered to highlight completions, verification requests, and fairness snapshots. It's designed to reduce the mental load by only surfacing what requires attention.
  • The Kid Shell: Focused on momentum and rewards. Notifications here are "calm prompts" that guide the child through their Harmony Flows. Instead of a high-pressure alert, it's a rhythmic reminder that it's time for a specific routine.

While individual notifications handle the "moment-to-moment" updates, the Family Board™ serves as the steady, visual anchor for the home. It's the digital equivalent of the kitchen chalkboard, but powered by the Mavaro Systems Behavioral OS.

When everyone can see the same board, the "Is it done?" question disappears entirely. Ownership becomes visible. If the "Trash" icon is still red at 6:00 PM, everyone knows who is responsible without a single word being spoken. This creates neutral accountability: the system highlights the gap, so the parent doesn't have to.

Current Reality: The Road to 100%​

We are currently at 80% implementation for the HausFlow Family editions on Android and iOS. What does this mean for our users?

  • What's Active: The core notification engine is live. Handled It™ triggers, Photo Proof submissions, and basic Parent/Kid Shell communication are fully functional in our current builds.
  • The Final 20%: We are currently refining the "calmness" of our prompts: ensuring that notifications aren't intrusive but provide the right amount of "scaffolding" for a messy life. We are also perfecting the handoff logic between different household members to ensure there is never a "dropped ball."

We are moving from a codebase reality of "scaffolding" to full "parity" across all features. Our goal is to provide a frictionless operating layer that supports your family's rhythm.
